Double Bedroom in a Spacious Victorian Flat

Hi, we're Joe and Chris. We're both in our thirties and work as teachers. We're looking for a new housemate to join us in our spacious Victorian Flat near Clissold Park.

The living room and kitchen are both huge - with double-height ceilings and a big dining table (8 chairs) in the kitchen - great for entertaining. The bathroom has recently been refurbished. Your room is a good sized double with a built-in wardrobe and good quality bed. There is a chest of drawers and lots of storage space throughout the house. The room has ample space to fit a desk.

The location is fantastic - close to Stoke Newington Church Street, or walking distance to Finsbury Park, Arsenal, and Highbury and Islington tube stations. There are lovely coffee shops, pubs, bars, and restaurants on our road.

Rent is £722 pcm, plus bills (~£100/month for water, broadband, council tax and energy).

We like all the usual things - cooking a feast for our friends, making use of our well-stocked cocktail cabinet, watching films, and cycling!

We are looking for someone who wants to hang out at meal times and maybe join in with cooking some days during the week. We also need someone who is willing to the pay the deposit and their first month's rent on 20 August 2021 and who can commit to a minimum 6 month stay (i. e. until Feb next year).

There is some flexibility on move-in date (from about the middle of August) and we would like to meet prospective housemates / show them the flat w. c. 16 Aug.
