Hi,

I'm moving out of my double room in this 4-bed flat for work reasons.

It's a lovely 4-bed flat in a great location:
- parks: Clissold Park, Highbury Fields and Finsbury Park 5-15mins away
- shops, cafes, restaurants, bars: Holloway Road, Stoke Newington and Newington Green for shops, cafes, restaurants
- transport: Canonbury, Arsenal, Highbury&Islington, Finsbury Park tube/overground stations are 10-15 mins away

The current flatmates are: Kate, 28, works in the charity sector. Emeka, 24, works as a junior doctor and Zara, 21, studies and works in fashion. They're all very friendly :)

The room available is £550pcm, excluding bills, which usually come to ~£100pcm. It has a door out onto the flat garden which is lovely when it's sunny, shelves and a big wardrobe for storage, and a table.

It's available from the 1st of December. The landlord will probably require references.
