Looking for a subletter in Highbury from the 13th of Sep - 30 of Sep inclusive of bills.

Transport:
- 15 minute walk from Highbury and Islington Station
- 10 minute walk to Arsenal station
- 15 minute walk to Canonbury station
- Bus stop right outside the block with serving routes 4, 19, 236

Area:
- Local to fun bars, pubs and restaurants
- 2 minute walk to Highbury Fields
- Short journey into the city, particularly by bike
- Close to Hackney, Shoreditch and Angel

The Flat:
- £644 for entire time
- The room is furnished with a double bed and frame, a bedside table, built in cupboard and ample storage space. There would be room to fit a small desk if you wanted to source one yourself.
- Separate kitchen/dining area and TV/lounge room
- Small balcony
- There is a shared garden in the middle of the apartment block

The housemates:
- You’ll be living with two other fun, clean and respectful Australians, aged 27 and 31 and a woman and man respectively.
- Both smoke occasionally however are respectful and only smoke outside, it is expected that you would do the same if you are also a smoker.

You:
- It is okay if you smoke, we obviously ask that you do it outside
- Are relaxed and respectful of the house and housemates!
