Welcome to our flat share located near Highbury Fields.

The flat is laid out over the first and second floors on top of a shop located on Highbury Barn. The kitchen is shared between a max of 4 people. The bathroom is en suite.

The flat is ideally situated for those who work in central, east or west London. There are numerous transport links meaning you're never short of a way to get home. Highbury Barn is home to many wonderful shops, delis, and restaurants. Upper Street is also close by as is Highbury Fields.

Amenities included: WiFi, washer/dryer and hard floors throughout.

Transport Links / Amenities:
- 7-10 minute walk from Highbury & Islington (Victoria Line).
- 10 minute walk to Arsenal Station
- 15 minute bus from Finsbury Park Station.
- 1 minute walk from 19, 236 and 4 bus routes.
- A number of local shops right on our doorstep in Highbury Barn and larger supermarkets 10-15 minute walk.

What we're looking for:

Ideally, we are looking to share with a non-smoker. We are a sociable group of professionals who all get on well and respect each other's space and schedules. We don't really like parties at home as we love our chilled out home atmosphere, and we all love to travel whenever possible.
