This bedroom is a furnished single and downstairs at garden level,. with small window.
The flat is a share with 'AC' ,French Female, working in merchantising, also writing a book , and other stuff, on the ground floor and me Rob who is only there at the weekends, working in the shop, away restoring a sail cargo vessel during the week.
The sofa in the garden is no longer there and sadly neither is Melanie ( moved back to France).

The flat is on a quiet, friendly street between Stoke Newington, Finsbury Park, Highbury and Arsenal.

The street has resturaunts/ cafes / vintage shops etc and is close to the shops, restaurants and amenities of Blackstock Road.

Only 5 mins walk or2 mins jog to Clissold Park

5 minutes walk to Finsbury Park tube (Victoria & Piccadilly line) and Arsenal (Piccadilly line)

We are friendly, and up for communal living and cooking - or a happily independent house mates too.

Current situation is ; two rooms available sharing with Rob who is usually only around at the weekend and frequently does not stay as he is restoring his boat in Kent and hands on at Raybelcharters CIC
