Hi there, I have a bright and spacious double room to rent in a quiet top floor flat in Highbury. The room is furnished and comes with a double bed, desk, wardrobe and side storage (which is also bigger than the photos suggest). Bills and council tax are both included in the rent.

The flat itself is in a great location, both Arsenal and Finsbury Park stations are within walking distance, and nearby there are plenty of bus routes to Angel, the city and west end. Clissold Park is over the road, and if you like eating out there are some really good cafes and restaurants a few minutes away.

You’d be living with myself, I own the flat and work in technology for an education company. I enjoy film, reading, current affairs, and of course a holiday now and then! I’m pretty quiet at home but certainly enjoy a chat and catching up over dinner. The flat would suit somebody clean and tidy who works similar hours and who is looking for a peaceful place to come to home to.

I’m also open to renting the room Monday to Friday (five nights) at £590 per month, so if you are looking for somewhere during the week then by all means get in touch.
