Islington/Big Room/Balcony/TV/NoDeposit/Short Term

Hi,

I am renting out my room for short term, and looking for someone (Male or Female) to cover my absence while I am away from London until around 22 September 2020. Exact length to be discussed and agreed, but would be flexible.

THE FLAT is a clean, tidy, and quiet one in the safe Highbury/Stoke Newington area. It is on a third floor overlooking Clissold Park on one side and a scenic greenery on the other side from a large ‘balcony’, and has all facilities, and wireless Internet. Live out landlord!

THE ROOM is a large double room with anything you would need; a double bed, a study desk, a wardrobe, a double sofa, and others… Also in the room is my 42” Sony TV, but I haven’t decided what I will do with it yet; it may stay during your period of stay! ;)

THE LOCATION can’t be better as it is situated in the middle of a number of Tube, Overground, and National Rail stations at a walking and/or short bus-journey distance. And a single bus will take you to central London, Waterloo, London Bridge; a good way to avoid the excessive Tube fares of Zone 1!

THE RENT is £750 per month, all bills inclusive!
