Large ensuite room 1 minute from Canonbury OG

We are looking for a young professional couple to fill the room vacated by our beloved former housemates (who thankfully are only vacating, not deceased).

The room:
The room is on the 2nd floor of a 3 story townhouse, has a huge amount of space, more storage than you need and an en-suite with good shower

The room is furnished with a double bed (VERY comfortable!), bedside tables, chair and lots of storage.

The house:
The house is huge with a big living room, big kitchen, big back yard and balcony facing the sun. The whole house is fully furnished.

The housemates:
We are 5 professional working Aussies in our mid-late 20’s and early 30’s. We are all relaxed and enjoy having a beer and hanging out together on the weekends when possible. We are all quite active and enjoy popping down to the park to have a kick of the football or have a picnic.

The location:
The house is on Grosvenor Avenue, a few doors away from The Snooty Fox pub. Canonbury Station is 100 metres away with a bunch of bus routes nearby. The area is relaxed with some good cafes and pubs walking distance. Highbury and Islington underground is also about a 12 minute walk away - or one stop on the overground if you don't fancy the walk :)

The applicants:
We are looking for a couple for the room who have similar interests to the rest of the housemates. All nationalities welcome. Preference for a social couple who are open to getting involved in hungover Sunday brunches.

£1,200 for the room (£600 per person), and bills are split between us and is usually around £80 per person. We have Virgin TV and internet which includes Sky and BT Sports.
