We have the best house share in Highbury

We have a lovely home and a great house dynamic and are looking for two people to compliment what we have as two housemates are moving back to Germany after finishing their PHD's at LSE.

Firstly the road we live on is beautiful. Huge trees and three storey houses that we all dream to afford one day.

The house itself is a large attractive house spread over three floors with 5 spacious bedrooms, a spare guest room, a lounge, a huge front dining room, 3 bathrooms, a utility room, a pretty kitchen and an enchanting garden.

The area is lovely with great places for brunch or walks in Clissold Park which is only 5 minutes away. Travel connections are good with Piccadilly Line (Arsenal/Finsbury Park/Highbury & Islington), Victoria Line (Finsbury & Highbury & Islington), overground and national rail being within walking distance.

The house mates currently comprise of two girls and one guy, all young professionals trying hard to make it in this world, but having fun at the same time.

We are looking for someone similar to join the house who is respectful, clean and up for a dinner party or two.
