XL Double Room w/ Garden & Rooftop 🌿

We’re two girls and one guy looking for a new housemate. We live in a three-storey, four-bedroom Victorian terrace with plenty of shared space including a conservatory, a lovely garden with a magnolia tree and a rooftop.

We’re professionals in our late 20s working in TV production and finance, and we’re looking for someone who is easy-going, friendly, respects shared spaces and is into hanging out now and then.

We want someone who is interested in staying long-term and adding their name to the lease. We’re currently on a rolling contract and looking to renew.

The bedroom is super-spacious, which makes working from home easy and comfortable. Furniture includes a double bed, multiple wardrobes (which can be removed if preferred), a white set of drawers and mini drawers, and a full-length mirror. The rest of the furniture belongs to our current housemate. Morning light floods the room, and the house in general gets a lot of light.

We have one very large bathroom with a shower and claw-foot bath (a real luxury!) and an extra lavatory downstairs, as well as all the usual house facilities like kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, heating, internet.

Bills aren’t included and work out to be approximately £100 a month on average. We also have a cleaner.

Highbury & Islington station is a seven-minute walk and it’s very well connected. There are many cafes, restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. Highbury Fields is a five-minute walk away. Angel is a 20-minute walk. It's a lovely neighbourhood to live in.
