Room available overlooking Highbury fields

If you’re in your mid-20s to early 30s, this could be the ideal house for you. It’s not a party house, but you should enjoy going out and having people over.

Ajit keeps the place reasonably clean and would expect you do the same. He's happy to grab a drink with anyone who is interested in the room.

Area

Perfectly located on Highbury Barn's high street, 200m to Highbury Fields and a 12min walk through the park to Highbury & Islington station.

We're within spitting distance of a local butchers, fishmongers, a pub (The Highbury Barn), restaurants & cafes.

Flat

3 beds, 1 bathroom with toilet + 1 separate toilet, Kitchen/diner, big living room and bike storage entrance. You'll be sharing the flat with Ajit working professionals. They're both pretty chilled and enjoy a weekend BBQ. There's an outdoor yard and a flat roof terrace (which we technically aren't allowed to use)

The flat is furnished, and the bedroom has a chested drawers, bed frame and mattress which I'd be willing to provide if required, depending on your circumstances. You might want to buy a rail to hang clothes, as I'll be taking mine.

The bedroom itself is reasonably sized, with space for a desk, and has a handy wash basin.

Tenancy

I'm looking for two tenants to replace Chris & Josh from the end of their tenancy (mid-November). They have recently bought a house in the area

The landlord is happy to extent the lease again for 12-24 months after November so there are a few options:

1. You could sign a new contract on a two month rolling basis.
2. You could sign a new contract for a fixed term 12- 24 months

As you can gather, there's a fair amount of flexibility - whether you're looking to stay in central Highbury whilst finding a longer-term rental, or for somewhere more short term - there are plenty of options.
