Looking for a housemate to move in to a bright double room available in Highgate, very close to the tube (<2 minutes). The flat is clean, bright and airy, and the room comes furnished with plenty of storage including wardrobe/draws/under-bed storage etc. Additional furniture can be provided if required e. g. a desk, given the need to work from home at the moment!

£720 pcm - inclusive of all utility bills, fibre broadband, satellite TV, council tax, and a fortnightly cleaner who does the communal areas.

There's a kitchen/living area with large TV, dining table and comfy seating. The utility area contains a washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a space for ironing.

There is a yard at the rear of the property - quite a good space for BBQs etc., and we have a table and chairs out there. The flat has lovely views across the trees of the Parkland Walk at the back.

There are currently two of us living in the flat (2 guys) - a professional and a masters student. The place is kept clean and tidy, so we are looking for someone like-minded. We generally keep it pretty chilled (certainly not a party flat) but do like to have a sociable vibe, having friends over for dinner occasionally etc.

Parking is available on the street.

2 minute walk to Highgate tube (takes about 12 minutes to get to Euston, 20 minutes to Leicester Square). The flat is ideally situated, close to the shops, pubs and cafes of Archway Road, and a short walk from Highgate Village - anyone who knows this area will know how lovely it is. Queen's Wood and Highgate Wood are minutes away, and it's 15-20 min walk to Hampstead Heath.
