Double room in leafy Highgate w/ great housemates!

The beautiful communal gardens

Hello everyone,

We have a double room to rent in lovely Highgate with huge private gardens and just a 3 min walk to Highgate tube (Northern Line). It's become available because our lovely flatmate is moving back home to Poland.

The flat is a garden flat, with the living room opening onto beautiful and extensive manicured gardens. During lockdown, the gardens have felt like a real luxury - enjoying morning coffee breaks outside, evening drinks in the sunshine and reading and sunbathing on the grass! For the duration of lockdown, free Tai Chi lessons have also been taking place daily on the larger communal lawn.

Highgate Woods is just across the road, and our flat is right behind the Woodman pub. The tranquil Parkland Walk is just moments down the road. We feel so lucky to be surrounded by green, open spaces!

Council tax and water are included in rent. Energy and broadband comes to £36.50 a month. The rental price includes daily bin collection which is really handy!

You'll be living with two great flatmates - Jamie, a music publicist and Ruyi, a post-graduate art student. We’re looking for a flat mate because our current flat mate, who has been here for four years, is moving in with her boyfriend.

We’re looking for all the cliches: fun, easy-going, tidy.

It's a cosy, peaceful and friendly flat. if you are interested and want to view the place get in touch, as we'll be holding virtual viewings. The rent officially begins on 13th of each month but the room will be available from the end of October to mid November, but there is flexibility of you wish to move in earlier - just ask!
