Welcome to my lovely, sunny flat, where there is a clean small double room available. The room is furnished, with a new small double bed, with ottoman base storage and an orthopaedic mattress, black-out blinds, desk, and neat storage.
This room would be ideal for someone who lives outside of London, but needs to attend the London office for a few days per week. I'm looking for a part-time renter, Mon - Fri or similar (min 3 nights/week), with the rent pro-rata'ed accordingly. The room would be for your exclusive use so you can leave items there if you wish.

The flat is near the A1 and North Circular, and has secure off-road parking if you would plan to drive in. It is also walking distance to the Northern Line (Archway and Highgate), so ideal for someone working in the City, or centre of town.

The housemate: you’ll be sharing with me, Isabelle, a 38 year old professional working in international development for a child rights’ charity. I work from home during the week, 9 - 6pm. I'm quite sociable and enjoy the normal things – seeing friends, cooking, keeping fit – yoga, climbing, running -, travelling, etc. I’m friendly, relaxed, and looking to share my home with someone who will bring good energy. I'm also double-vaxxed.

You: a friendly, clean, respectful professional, with their own interests but is also up for a chat over dinner if we’re both home.
You would work outside of the flat, as I am currently working from home during the week until November and the space is not big enough for two people to work from home on a regular basis - this is non-negotiable.
You will also be double-vaccinated - also non-negotiable.
Female or gay male preferred.

The boring bit: the full time rent is £700 per month, including bills, but would be pro-rataed depending on how many nights you'd want to stay each week (min 3 @ £300/month, max 5 @ £500/month - the odd weekend possible if arranged in advance). Secure car and bike parking also included.

The flat: my bright two bedroom flat is in an art deco block in Highgate (although closer to Archway tube). The living room has a beautiful round bay window overlooking the communal garden. The flat is really quiet and peaceful, surrounded by green. The flat has a brand new, fully equipped kitchen, brand new bathroom, high-speed broadband, a smart TV, etc. The flat building has a day-time porter, lift and secure off-street car parking and bike storage (included in rental).

The neighbourhood: the flat is in a leafy neighbourhood between busy Archway, leafy Highgate and trendy Crouch End, with good public transport links.
The nearest tube is Archway on the Northern Line (10mins walk), and buses run over to Hampstead Heath, Finsbury Park and beyond.
