Large Double Room in a beautiful listed flat in Highgate. We are a female only flat in stunning Highgate which has a village feel in the middle of bustling London. The room is super huge with big beautiful double glazed windows and is nice and warm in the winter time. It comes already with a double bed and mattress, desk and a big wooden wardrobe courtesy of our lovely landlords.
Our landlords are genuinely the nicest ones I've ever had after living in several flats around London. Super friendly and always there if there's a problem.
The flat has an open kitchen living room area which opens onto a pretty garden. We share one bathroom which has a big bath tub, shower with plenty of storage space for toiletries.
The girls love to chat and socialise together in the evenings after work, love watching bake off together and having a bbq in the summer. We also respect each others space and always double check that it's okay if a friend is coming over and needs to crash on the sofa. (we have 2 sofa beds in the living room and friends are welcome as long as it's not a party!)
We also are nice and tidy and are quiet in the late evenings so not a party flat!
We are looking for a female professional ideally who is a friendly chatty type and tidy.
The rent of £676 includes council tax and we pay additional bills on top of that.

The nearest tube station is Archway and there are plenty of bus routes nearby so the flat has a great commuting location.
