The room is situated at the front of the flat and has very large double sash windows that let in lots of light throughout the year. The view from the window is fairly thick greenery, so despite being in central London, you still get a small piece of nature!

The furniture in the room includes a double bed and mattress, a double wardrobe, bedside table and a large matching set of draws. The room has a built-in wall unit with shelves and a bookcase, excellent for storage. It is also possible to hold storage boxes under the bed and under/on top of the wardrobe. The room also has a very large radiator which works really well in winter. The windows have blinds and blackout curtains, so although you get lots of light it will not wake you up unless you want it too!

Room 2

A very spacious double room with high white-washed walls and white wood floor. The room is garden/courtyard facing so. It boasts beautiful period feature, vertically sliding windows. It also has a very large radiator which keeps the room lovely and warm in winter.

The furniture in the room includes a double bed, mattress and bedside table. Any further required furniture will be provided per your request, as the remaining furniture (photographed) belongs to the current tenant. It is possible to hold storage boxes under the bed, which is fantastic for additional storage.

The Flat
Situated on the first floor of a Victorian mansion block red-stone building in Hornsey Lane, Highgate. The Flat is a 3 min walk to Waterlow park, a beautiful large green space with ponds, tennis courts, BBQ friendly areas and the famous Highgate cemetery. It’s a 5-minute walk into the heart of Highgate Village, which is filled with quaint pubs and independent grocers/bookshops/cafes as well as familiar chains such as Gail’s, Pizza Express and Tesco express. The location is really safe, with a suburban vibe and quiet with lots of working professionals, students and young families. You may even spot a celebrity or two.
Travel links: The flat is a 10 min walk to Archway station (Northern line connections, Zone 2) and a 15 min walk to Highgate (also Northern line, Zone 3). There is a bus stop directly outside the flat and both Archway road and Highgate hill have excellent bus connections.

Living room
The flat has a VERY large living room with two sofas, a coffee table, a wicker cabinet and an armchair. The living room is at the front of the flat with large bay windows so lots of light!

Kitchen
The kitchen has two fridge/freezers, a washing machine and a dining table. The dining area is large with the kitchen offset to the back of the room. The kitchen/ dining area also has a small balcony attached which overlooks ground-floor gardens.

Bathroom
The bathroom has a toilet, sink and built in bath/shower combo. The water pressure is great. It also has shelving units and a cabinet with built in mirror.


The Flat mates
You will be sharing the flat with three other friendly, social young females aged around 25. It is important to me/them that we find someone who it going to be well suited to living in the flat – therefore we would like to meet all applicants and have a chat/get to know each other before any decisions are made.

Rent is £710, We split the bills so in total its £830 a month (or less) with the bills included.
(Sky TV and broardband, water, electricity, council tax, gas). Available from March 2020. The contract ends in July 2020, however you can renew at the end with no problems. This will be a change of tenancy agreement (not a sub-let) which will offer you the security of a contract. £800 deposit required.
