Double bedroom, Archway, Zone 2

THE ROOM
I’m looking for someone to take my furnished double master bedroom from December (date can be negotiated).

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, bedside table, wall shelves and large fitted wardrobe. Brand new wooden floor recently installed and walls repainted last week.

THE FLAT
The flat is 2 mins walk from Archway station and you will only share it with one other person.

It’s a two bedroom flat consisting of one smaller bedroom and the master bedroom ( your bedroom) , a living room, kitchen ,corridor and bathroom.

The living room comes fully furnished with a dinning table, two sofas and a coffee table as well as a big sideboard. The bathroom was recently renovated and comes with a shower bath , sink and cabinet. Kitchen comes with washing machine, fridge , oven, dishwasher ― all replaced recently with new ones by the landlord who is amazing and changes everything around the house.

 The area is amazing - would never move anywhere if not for the personal circumstances. Just 30 seconds to Sainsbury’s and Tesco and 1 min away from Aldi , a lot of other shops and numerous restaurants.

A LITTLE ABOUT YOUR FLATMATE
Your flatmate will be a 30 years old girl part-time actress and part-time freelancer. She’s an amazing lively personality and very easy to live with. She works from home a few days a week during the pandemic but the living room is spacious enough and two people can easily work from home without the space feeling crowded/noisy. This is a flat were silence can be comfortably shared and everyone’s private space is respected but we also enjoy having a glass of wine or dinner together occasionally. You will never feel like you need private space because you will have plenty of it but will also feel in a homey warm atmosphere.

ABOUT YOU
You are a professional between 25-35 years old looking for a place to call home rather than a flatshare. You are sociable, like to enjoy a glass of wine or dinner with the person you live with occasionally but you also respect their private and personal space. You are clean and tidy and respect the place you live in. You don’t smoke in the house and you don’t have any pets.

*All bills are around £100 per person per month.
