Lovely double room available in Private Mews

We have a double room available for a single person in our beautifully decorated, three-level, five bedroom house close to Highgate village.

THE ROOM
Furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe, side table and double chest of drawers. There is space for a desk and chair or more storage (chest of drawers available). Further storage is available throughout the floors of the house if required.

THE HOUSE
The house is located in a gated mews (increased security). We have a large, fully fitted kitchen/diner plus utility room with all mod cons, a stunning and spacious living room, a bathroom and extra downstairs toilet and a beautiful back garden with patio perfect for BBQ's!

THE HOUSEMATES
You will be sharing with four professionals: Frances, Melissa, David & Marta. We are a friendly, sociable bunch of people who have been living together happily for some time now. We enjoy socialising together, as well as having our own social lives.

THE RENT
The rent is shared differently as the rooms vary in size. Your total monthly costs will be around £690 (£600 on rent, approx. £90 on bills). The deposit is £536.

LOCATION
We are situated between Archway and Highgate stations. Archway (zone 2) is a eight minute walk away. There is a corner shop five mins walk from the house and larger supermarkets in Archway, Crouch End and Highgate village. We have a bus stop just outside the house which takes you down to Archway St. There are many nice pubs, cafes and restaurants in both Highgate village and Crouch End (15 mins walk).

AVAILABILITY
Open to consider dates but would like to aim for March (subject to the current restrictions lifting).
