We are 2 friends looking for a third person for a long term let on an amazing 3Bed2Bath place (with an additional guest washroom) in Highgate(0-5mins to the northern line station). The video is from our viewing of the place; everything in the video comes with the flat.
My friend is doing a PhD in Neuroscience at UCL. I am a software developer working near Baker Street.
The larger room(with a private patio) visible in the video is available and would be perfect for a r anyone working near king's cross area. The ideal house mate for us would be someone who is clean and sociable and enjoys occasional dinner together.
The apartment itself is a split-floor property with a good sized patio accessible from the living area.
Also if you prefer the ensuite room, we can obviously have a chat :)
the bills will be a total of 250-300pcm split equally between three of us.
