We are only two young professional girls in the flat, and I'm moving out to my own flat and looking a new tenant for our great flat.

The room is really large double bedroom with high ceiling and space around, with wardrobes and tables.

Flat has spectacular terrace and in the summer, you are welcome to enjoy drinks and BBQ's there.

We have Virgin Media and Netflix in the living room with WiFi throughout the flat.

Highgate is a very green and nice area, with lots of parks, local pubs and village feel. Its zone 3 and tube is literally 5 mins from the flat.

Two of us, have lived there for 4 years, and its definitely a home, and not a place where people come and go all the time.
Ideally, you are a female who is looking for a nice, not crowded, spacious clean and cosy place to live and socialise.

The rent is £800 pcm, exc. bills; the deposit is £1035 and the new contract/reference fee is £80.
