Bright double room available in a beautiful Victorian house with wooden floors throughout.
This room overlooks the garden and is very bright and also has blackout blinds. The decor in the photo is of a previous tenant and it shows that it has the versatility to make it your own. It comes furnished but things can be stored if not convenient.

The house is stunning with a big kitchen which leads onto a 15m long garden. One of the living room is used as a work and relaxation space and also features a piano.
Storage available in a large dry basement.
The main bathroom has a shower and a separate bath tub and there is a cloakroom downstairs.
The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge/ freezer, induction hob, a lot of storage, washing machine, drier and dishwasher. All appliances are under warrantee.


The house has super fast broadband which makes it perfect for working from home and NEST heating system to stay in control of the bills. It is double glazed throughout.
Monthly house & window cleaning and gardener are included in the rent, as well as all the bills except utilities which goes between £40 and £50 during the winter months and less for the rest of the year.

5-10 min bus ride or 15 min walk to Lewisham station or short 10 min walk to Hither Green train station.
Blackheath Station, village & heath are 15 min walk & Greenwich park is a 15 min bike ride away.
You can also find loads of eateries and cafes , health food shops, gyms, yoga & dance classes nearby.

The stunning Manor House Gardens park is a 3 mins walk around the corner with a cafe/ community centre & monthly farmers market.
It's a quiet friendly community area with lots of lovely things happening throughout the year.

Transport:
