Bright double room available in a beautiful Victorian house with wooden floors throughout.
This room overlooks the garden and is very bright and also has blackout blinds. The decor in the photo is of a previous tenant and it shows that it has the versatility to make it your own. It comes furnished but things can be stored if not convenient.
The house is stunning with a big kitchen which leads onto a 15m long garden. One of the living room is used as a work and relaxation space and also features a piano.
Storage available in a large dry basement.
The main bathroom has a shower and a separate bath tub and there is a cloakroom downstairs.
The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge/ freezer, induction hob, a lot of storage, washing machine, drier and dishwasher. All appliances are under warrantee.
The house has super fast broadband which makes it perfect for working from home and NEST heating system to stay in control of the bills. It is double glazed throughout.
Monthly house & window cleaning and gardener are included in the rent, as well as all the bills except utilities which goes between £40 and £50 during the winter months and less for the rest of the year.
Looking for a friendly, clean, responsible & professionals and/or a student who would like to live in somewhere with a homely feel. Most of the other housemates have been living at the house for more than two years and are truly lovely and will make you feel very welcome.
As a landlord, I do my best for your stay to be as comfortable as possible.
