Double Room + ensuite available to Mon-Fri

Recently renovated house so everything is new and clean. You will have a large double room which is furnished with a lot of wardrobe space / drawers and own private bathroom.

We are a young professional couple who work in the city all week plus international travel. Up early and home quite late and going to the gym before work.

Very tidy house and want someone who is equally as neat and happy to keep to themselves. Shared kitchen which is quite spacious so welcome to cook & watch TV also in room if you would like.

Bills will be included and the house is available Mon-Fri only (with some flex) and ideally not bringing guests round. Probably available for about 3/4 months.

From Hither Green station (8 min walk) you can get direct short train to London Bridge, Cannon Street, Charing Cross & Victoria; From Lewisham (14 min walk) you can get the same as above + DLR to Canary Wharf in circa 15 mins. Hither Green has a nice pub + shops are close. Sainsburys/Lidl etc; there is a Pure Gym nearby and Blackheath is a 15 min walk with lots of nice restaurants + shops.

Council tax is included as well as wifi/bills.
