The room is newly refurbished in a bright 1st floor flat with a modern kitchen and bathroom decorated to a high standard with clean carpets, lighting, and double-glazed windows. The room has storage, an in-built wardrobe and also space for underbed storage too. The room also has space for a chest of drawers. The bed will have a mattress, duvet, pillow etc.

You will be sharing with 1 professional female who is clean, friendly and respectful. I am sociable but also respect others privacy too. I am seeking a like-minded clean and tidy professional who is conscious that it's not a party flat but rather a nice peaceful place to call home in the week.

The property is an excellent location, close to Hither Green station (10 mins walk) and a short bus ride to Catford Bridge station.
It takes less than twenty minutes to get to London Bridge station and less than 25 minutes to Charing Cross station.
Bus stop in front of house to Blackheath, Greenwich Park, Lee, Lewisham and Catford.

Room: £800 per calendar month
Deposit and references are required.

Bills are not included but are relatively quite low.
Non-smoker please and no pets.
