Spacious, Bright Room In Centre Of London

I am looking for a new flatmate to join me in my flat in Holborn, Central london. The room is a newly decorated, spacious double room, with room for a seating area/armchair, and storage space. It has big double glazed sash windows, which let in lots of light. The flat is newly refurbished with modern appliances, incl induction hob, dishwasher, two ovens. Lots of light throughout the flat. The flat is walking distance from whitehall/oxford st/ Marylebone/ kingsx/the city/ barbican/ Angel/ clerkenwell. Perfect for walking to work, and avoiding busy tubes. The local area is great, short walk from Brunswick centre and lambs conduit st with a curzon, shops, cafes, wine bars etc. Our street has corner shops, japanese, chinese, Italian, and korean food, and a greasy spoon, and little cafes. Its a super convenient area. We are 5mins from Sainsbury's and Waitrose. You would be sharing with me, 31 year old female. Civil servant working for govt. ive been in the flat for 2.5years and love living so central and walking to work. I like pottery, yoga, the outdoors, good food. I am looking for a friendly housemate to have wine and a cuppa with every now and again. But who is also independent. Preference to those looking for 12+ month let.
