Bedroom for rent in Holborn (short term)

I am renting my double-bedroom in a 4 beds flat with an open-plan kitchen-living room located in Holborn/ Russel Square. The bedroom is available from 10 July until 15 September (shorter period of time considered).
The apartment’s interior has been newly built, with just over 7 months of use.
Wooden flooring throughout. No carpet. Heating and hot water included.

📍WC1N - Bloomsbury/Holborn - walking distance from Soho, Covent-Garden, the City, Camden, etc. No travel card needed if you work/study in central London.

🛏 4 double furnished bedrooms. 2 other bedrooms are also available during this same period. New, comfortable mattresses in every room along with a desk, chair, chest of drawers and closet in every room. They are equally sized with large, sound-proof double glazed windows.

🛁 Two complete bathrooms (one with shower and one with a bathtub). Water bill is at a fixed rate of £36 per month (to be divided among the tenants).

🍲 The kitchen is all electric (no gas bill). Brand new hob, oven and large fridge-freezer. Other appliances (toaster, etc negotiable). Electricity bill around £36 to £46 per month (to be divided). Heating and hot water included in rental price.

🛋 Living room comes with 5 chairs, large dining table, coffee table, two high chairs, and one large Muji double-bed sofa. WiFi already arranged for £26 per month (again, to be divided).

🎓 20’ walk to UCL main campus and KCL. 15’ walk to LSE. 5 minute walk to the UCL School of Pharmacy and Chandler House.

🛒 Brunswick centre is 5 minutes away with a big Waitrose, Sainsbury’s Local, Tesco, Boots, Superdrug, etc. and many restaurants. The People’s Supermarket is just a block away, and usually opens until late.

🥂 A high street with plenty of cafes, bars, restaurant including a French boulanger. A short walk to many other bars, nightclubs and restaurants. It’s a vibrant yet safe and quite area.
