The flat is fully furnished to a high standard with wood oak flooring throughout. Included is super-fast fibre broadband (350Mbps) guaranteeing stable internet for Netflix etc. and reliable home-working (Zoom etc.) if required.

The living room in the flat is unusually large with comfortable sofas for relaxing and a 50 inch TV (/w Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ etc.). The kitchen is modern and well-sized with dishwasher, washing machine and a variety of kitchen appliances.

The room available boasts very generous built-in cupboard storage and has ample space for a large desk if working from home is a requirement. The room shares a large bathroom with with just one other flatmate.

We are looking for a laid-back, friendly, clean and tidy young professional who is happy in their own company but also up for socialising in the evenings and going out/staying in for the occasional meal/drink.

Both current occupants are full-time professionals who are also studying towards part-time postgraduate degrees. There is not a loud party type environment in the flat, rather it is a welcoming homely environment suitable for for relaxation and work.
