Chic, modern, two-bed, one-bath flat in quiet area off Queens Square. Tube, bus, Waitrose and Sainbury nearby and walk to West End and Clerkenwell.

The flat is well decorated and has all mod-cons. The room is a one-end and is private with big, light, west facing windows and a double bed with built-in wardrobes and desk plus blackout blinds.

We are a friendly but low key household and looking for a flatmate who is independent but also up for a glass of wine or a coffee as and when we are both about.

I am looking for flat mate for the academic term (ie from late August 2019 onwards) and who returns home for some holidays (Not all but my family use the flat in the vacations)

The flat is walking distance from UCL, LSE, Birkbeck, SOAS and Great Ormond Street, 10 minutes tube from the City (Central line) and would suit an academic, mature student or professional person in London on assignment perfectly.

I will be in London from September 5th for a video or in-person viewing.
