Whole flat with large double room in Holland Park

Looking for someone, a couple or two friends who’s wants a fully furnished flat in Holland Park at reduced rent. You would have the whole flat to yuselves but I would still need access to the single room for storage purposes. I will only be at the flat on very rare occations. If you would like the smaller room also I am happy to give this to you for an addtional £400/month. Smokers welcome but you are not allowed to smoke in you room or anywhere inside the flat, just on the balcony. The light and airy double room has a large bed with a high ceiling. The room also has plenty of storage having two fixed double wardrobes. The Single room also has two fixed double wardrobes. It's single bed can pull out to a double. The bills that are included are the super fast BT internet, council tax and the use of my 55 inch 4K TV with Netflix subscription. The other bills (water, gas and heating) will be split between us. The flat also has a large family size fridge/freezer, Electric oven, microwave, toaster, bath/shower combo, dishwasher and washer/dryer facilities. The flat enjoys triple aspect views, with large south facing windows looking over Holland Park Avenue. There is a balconey that is south west facing and enjoys the evening sunshine.
