Hi all, looking for a lodger, male or female. I have a single bedroom available for rent until March 4th 2021. The flat is ground & basement floors of a 2 bed flat in Holland park in a converted Victorian terraced house with a sole use garden, very quiet, beautiful and safe area. Close to all amenities. Shared kitchen and bathroom with myself. Living room currently being decorated (see picture). Beautiful area. Minutes walk from Holland Park Tube for central line (zone 2). Notting hill is a ten minute walk away for zone 1 travel. Friendly professional woman looking to share with professional for short term let. Prefer someone tidy, nice quiet home and area. LGBTQ & Recovery friendly. Am welcoming temporary stays by NHS and keyworkers during lockdown. Vegetarian, studying psychology and have own small business. I smoke but not in the house. Lovely little garden. All bills included inc Wifi. Nice clean space with single bed and direct access to garden. Will add more pics as taken. Please note the room now has a small two seater sofa in.
