Sharing 4 Bed End Mews in Holland Park

We have a double room available from 1st October in this great, non smoking, end of mews 4 bedroom first floor flat overlooking a lovely garden square in Holland Park which we have private access to along with tennis court.
I'm usually only in the flat 3 nights a week spending the rest of the time out of London so the place for the most part would be left to yourself and the two other female professional non smoking flatmates.

THE FLAT is west facing so gets great light and is in a great location only 5 minutes walk to Central Line Holland Park tube and 8 minutes walk in the other direction to Westfields Shopping Mall and Shepherd's Bush Tube and rail links. The flat has a large shared living room with large TV, App TV, Sofas etc. It also has a separate kitchen (incl new dishwasher and washing machine), shared bathroom with shower, and shared separate toilet. There is also a long, narrow balcony which overlooks the gardens and is accessed from the kitchen. The flat also has private access to the gardens opposite which contain a tennis court for residents use only for which you would also have free access.

ALL BILLS are included with a cleaner every other week, council tax, Gas, Electric, App TV and Wifi.

ABOUT ME: I'm a very relaxed and laid back kind of guy, non smoker, into a bit of fitness who likes to go for the occasional run around Hyde Park, (I really should do it more often!) I enjoy playing and coaching Ice Hockey and am involved with coaching Streatham Women’s Elite and D1 teams where I am usually 2 of my 3 nights in London, and I do also enjoy the occasional midweek beer or two, we have two great locals The Castle and The Mitre just up the road! I am clean, tidy and respectful and like to think that I'm very easy to get along with as are the other 2 female professional flatmates. The room is let on a single occupancy basis and this really isn't a party flat so we're looking for a similarly easy going, friendly and considerate professional that we can share this very relaxed place with.
