Lovely ensuite double room near Holloway Road!

Hey,

We’re looking for a lovely new flatmate to join our 3 modern bed flat in Holloway! Spacious ensuite double room 5 minute walk from Holloway road station, 10 min walk from Drayton Park station, and close to loads of restaurants, big supermarkets (Waitrose and Morrisons), pubs, etc.

Note that the room is available from the first week of November.

The room has a large window, built in wardrobes, and an ensuite! There is a double bed in the room which is for sale if needed by our new flatmate (£50). The rest of the flat and kitchen are fully furnished with everything you would need!

The flat has 2 other double rooms which share an additional bathroom/toilet. The living area is a big open plan with kitchen, living and dining areas. We have a washing machine, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer, plus plenty of cupboard space and a whole separate pantry.

The two current housemates are female professionals in their early 30's (Krissy works for a medical charity and Claire works as a designer for a branding agency). We are looking for someone who is friendly, clean and tidy, easygoing, and occasionally enjoys having a glass of wine or two in the evening or weekends :)

The total for the room is £885 pcm. Bills including broadband and a biweekly cleaner come to about £115/mo. Also, we’re looking for a girl only, sorry guys!
