Hi guys!!
We are 2 italian friends, Agnese (27yo) and Antonio (31yo) both architects, interested in share a 4 bedrooms flat.
The property is a terraced house with a shared living room, and backyard, 5 mins walk from Holloway Road tube station.
We are easy going, clean and tidy persons as well as responsible and conscientious in a house share.
We both like socialising, traveling and sharing some wine or beer with friends. But we also like to come back home in a nice warm environment at the end of the day.

The room available is a nice and large double bedroom with bow window on the ground floor of the property.
The bathroom shown in the pictures will be refurbished with a new toilet, a new mirror and a general fixing of the bath.

£550 per month no bill inc.
Agency fee is £120 and one month deposit.
We are looking for a professional flatmate (no students sorry) to join our nice house from the 5th of March (the date is very flexible anyway).
There is also another room available which is a big double bedroom £700 p/m; if you are interested, I can send you some pictures of it.
