Cosy double, chilled housemates, great area

Hiya, we have a medium sized double room becoming available from 1st September as our housemate is moving abroad with work. It’s near Finsbury Park station and Holloway Road station (10 min walk to each).

It’s a lovely area with many independent cafes and restaurants to enjoy as well as Highbury fields nearby. We have a big Waitrose, Morrison’s and Lidl too. There is also a Tesco Extra within a 10 second walk which is extremely useful!

The flat is huge with a big kitchen & separate lounge. There is one main bathroom & another separate toilet. The kitchen is fully kitted out with everything already (including a nespresso machine 😋) . We have good central heating and the shower is decent.

The available room is fully furnished but we can get rid off stuff if you have your own.. It gets plenty of sunlight too. Granted its not the most spacious room in the world but if you don't WFH and mainly use your bedroom to sleep and watch TV this is perfect for you. The rest of the flat is very spacious including the large living area.

You’d be living with Molly & Jonny (couple) and Dylan. We are all in our mid twenties.

We are all really chilled, enjoy watching movies (and football) , playing board games and eating out locally. During the week were all busy with work & tend to do our own thing. At the weekends we sometimes have friends over and like going to gigs & festivals.

We keep the flat clean & tidy and have a cleaner visit once a month, so looking for somebody on that level. Bills come to circa £80 monthly. Landlord is great. It is a 9 month contract but if you find somebody to take your room you can leave at any point.

We don’t mind who moves in really as long as they are tidy and respectful and easy to get along with!
