Im looking for a flatmate offering a double room with own bathroom for a single occupancy to share with one female kitchen , living and garden. Looking for a mature , laid back, tidy, clean person. No party house.

Piccadilly line within a minute walk. Victoria Line , underground and national rail 10 mins walk

The property has a large Patio/Garden. The room has direct access to the patio and being at the rear is very quiet. Its a doble room fully furnished with a double bed, two double wardrobes along the whole wall with large mirror doors, 3 sets of drawers , a desk and bench (but these can be removed if you prefer more space)

It has a living room and funky kitchen and a shower room. It is one minute walk from Holloway Road station.

lm around probably just 50% of the time as i travel a lot. I’ll be in the second bedroom at the front of the building . The kitchen and living room are between both rooms so quite away giving plenty of privacy. The first room has direct access to the living and the second has an small corridor that has direct access to the kitchen .

The pictures are not professional and the room is much bigger than it looks in the ad . The storage space is huge!

Fixed bills: Internet , ctax, water included.
Variable Bills usage not included. Gas and electricity share as per use.
