2 Double Rooms in gorgeous sunny leafy house (N7)

Hi there!

After two amazing years at this beautiful, leafy, sunny and huge 4-bedroom house, I am moving out and I am looking for someone to replace me. The moving in date for this room is mid-November although I am flexible and can do earlier if needed. There is also a second spare room (our previous housemate left at the start of lockdown) which is available from now.

The room I am giving away is the one full of plants in the video (725 GBP per month) while the room next to it is the second room going (685 GBP per month). Check out the video to see how big the house is! It has a garden and a rooftop terrace (amazing for BBQs in the Summer) a large & well-equipped kitchen (perfect to organise dinners with friends), three bathrooms & two extra toilets, and a large living-room. We have all the necessary appliance (dishwasher, washing machine, etc). The pictures will speak for themselves!
Smoking is not allowed inside the house.

Bills are around £100/month - including council tax, gas & electricity, water, internet. deposit (£812.50) required (the property is let through an agency). The only fee with the agency is the reference check which is about £30. The contract ends on the 28th of March 2021. The new person would take on the contract until then. Normally the landlords gladly renew the contract.

For now, we are three friendly guys from Italy (myself), Mexico and England. We are looking for a considerate and tidy professional, who might also enjoy sharing a meal or a glass of wine with the house. We are keen to preserve a nice and positive atmosphere in the house! :)
