A large double room in North London is available for rent from September 1.

The room:
A very spacious room with all the furniture, including double bed, desk with a chair and lots of storage. The room has a big window with great view of the city and gets lots of sunshine.

The flat:
Multi-level flat with a lounge, kitchen with dining area and all the amenities, 3 bedrooms and separate bathroom and toilet rooms. The building is secured with the gate and has a free parking and bike storage.

Bonus:
The flat is located on the 8th floor and has great views from all the rooms, direct view on the Emirates Stadium, as well as Canary Wharf and the Shard. The most beautiful sunrises and sunsets everyday are guaranteed:)

Flatmates:
You will be sharing the flat with two other flatmates. Currently there is only one tenant living in the flat, Ben who's working in engineering with interests in music and cycling. Our flat has always been quite chilled and open minded. Looking for someone who is easy-going, tidy and respectful. Preferably working/studying full-time.


Location:
The area is super safe and the location is just perfect. 24/7 transport service links. 10 minutes walk to Tufnell Park station (Northern line), 15 minutes to Holloway Road Station (Piccadilly line). There is plenty of supermarkets, shops and cafes around the area, including big Morrison’s, Waitrose and Sainsbury’s. There’s also Hampstead Heath park nearby which is an enormous green area with beautiful landscapes and is perfect for walking, running or cycling.

Price:

The room is £624 per month + the bills coming roughly £80-90 each month.
