3 spacious doubles in Holloway

Hello! I’m Katie and I’m currently searching for 3 flatmates to join me in a spacious, well-situated flat in Holloway.

Our flat is currently very social and laidback. We often watch Netflix together, go on big nights out or sometimes explore a new area on the weekend (most recently Cambridge). I am looking to continue this vibe with new flatmates who are keen to form friendships and make a house a home.

I am an actor and part-time teacher, and would love to live with other creative, like-minded individuals. Due to various changes in my current flatmates circumstances, such as new jobs, leaving the area etc, there are now 3 rooms available.

The essentials:
The flat is in zone 2 with great transport links, including access to the Piccadilly line (Holloway Rd), northern line (Archway & Tufnell park) and victoria line (Finsbury park). All rooms are fully furnished and there is a washing machine in the kitchen.

Bills vary throughout the year and on average come to around £70-80 pcm. There is an agency involved so references are required. They have always taken care of the odd maintenance request.

The most exciting bit:
We have a roof terrace and fabulously large living room!
