Hi,
I am a live-out landlord (so no agency or any other fees to pay).

I am looking for 2 clean, tidy and non smoking professionals ASAP to share with my 3 current tenants ( 3 young professionals in their mid 20s/early 30s who works in strategy consultant and marketing.
My tenants have moved out with their other halves after a long term stay in the house. It is a lovely place which my former tenants have found their home for as long as the last 12 years.

The place is a high quality property which covers 3 floors of a semi-detached Victorian property. It is located in a quiet street of a conservation area (off Holloway Road), beautifully renovated with high-quality wooden flooring, a spacious open-plan kitchen/living area with a French door leading to a very large roof terrace (=the bonus of living in this house), a bathroom (with Jacuzzi bathtub, toilet and basin), a separate shower room, (with a shower, toilet and basin), a separate Guest WC and storage space.

Fast Internet access.

Logistics: 3-5 min tube/busses/shops/large supermarkets/ restaurant/ all other facilities on Holloway Road and within walking distance to more shops/restaurants on the Upper Street or Camden Town. There is a lot of parking space in our very quiet and spacious road.
Piccadilly tube line (the fasted tube line) brings you to Eurostar station, Heathrow Airport and other national rail stations.
Convenient buses from the property are 17, 29, 43, 91, 153, 253, 259, 271, 393.

My tenants prefer to share the house with clean/tidy and laid-back housemates who care for the house, don't smoke and do not have pets in the house.

The vacant rooms are:
- a large double room, furnished with a large wardrobe and kingsized bed with a brand new mattress. The rent for this room is £210pw ex bills (or £910 per calendar month ex bills) for one person (no couple). NOTE: this room has now been taken.
- a good-sized double room furnished with a large wardrobe double bed, drawers. The rent is £200 per week ex bills (or 866.67 per calendar month ex bills) for 1 person (no couple)

Total bills (including a fortnightly cleaning service) are approx £100 per person per month on average. You will find out more about this when meeting my tenants to have accurate information.

Contract term is min 12 months, deposit is one month rent and 1 month council tax.
