My current tenant is a sociable clean and tidy male professional in his early 30 (works in Controlling) in the City.
The flat is a garden flat of an attractive Victorian building with wooden flooring throughout. There is not a separate living room, but there is a large eat-in kitchen with a flat screen TV, large French doors open to the back garden with BBQ/benches and a pergola which were built by one of the former tenants, fully fitted kitchen, a spacious 3-piece bathroom with bathtub and shower. The flat has wooden-stripped boards throughout and equipped with code-operated security alarm.
Fast internet access.
There are a lot of parking space in front of the house and in the neighbourhood.
Logistics: 3 - 5 min tube, shops, restaurants, supermarkets (Waitrose, Morrison, Lidle, Iceland),walking distance to Odeon Lux cinema and more restaurants and shops on the Upper Street. The nearest tube station is Caledonian Road/Piccadily Line with fast access to King's Cross, West End and Heathrow airport.
There are buses leading to the City and West End and other parts of London. Convenient buses from the property are 17, 29, 43, 91, 153, 253, 259, 271, 393. Walking distance to Upper Street, Camden Town.
