Good sized double room with extra storage space. Located on the second floor of a townhouse (3 floors), the room has its own shower and sink so you would not need to share this with the other tenants.

The room is unfurnished although a wardrobe and chest of drawers are available if wanted. It has plenty of space for home working if required and has a lot of natural light. The room is available from 12th June.

The house is located in Holloway, equally close to Holloway Road, Finsbury Park or Archway stations (Piccadilly, Northern and Victoria), also Upper Holloway for Overground and a bus stop right outside the door. Large supermarkets nearby - Waitrose, Morrison’s and Lidl. Plenty of restaurant and pub choices in the area.

Rent is £770 a month including bills (£650 just rent). We also have a cleaner twice a month, which is an extra £26 per month per person. We keep the house tidy in general, so looking for a like-minded person.

The house is set back from the road in a private courtyard so we don’t get much noise from the main road and as a private complex it’s very safe. It has a large open-plan kitchen/diner with dishwasher and washer/dryer as well as a balcony. There is also a patio on the top floor that gets excellent sun. The house in general is bright with floor to ceiling windows and a skylight over the stairs, it’s very spacious for 3 people.

You would be living with 2 friendly housemates - Anna (28) working in food & drink industry and Teresa (29) working in PR. The house is friendly and we’re always up for watching TV in the evening, hanging out on the terrace or going for a drink at the pub.

Looking for a clean and friendly housemate, who wants to call this place a home. Preferably between 26 and 33, males or females.
