Old victorian house with conservatory and a garden. 3 stories 3 to 4 people total (2 or 3 lodgers + owner). Big kitchen, bathroom, and toilet all on the base floor. Stylish deco all over the place: tinted glass, paintings, etc. Unlimited broadband works well with video chats. The owner has a cat, Russian Blue, well-behaved.

Location:
Quiet neighborhood due to dead-end street location (ppl not afraid of leaving bikes out). 3 minutes walk to nearest bus/high street, 10-15min walk to Finsbury Park stations with plenty of connections e. g. Victoria and Picadilly lines. Lots of shops and markets within 3-10min walk (e. g., big Lidl). Local food market <10mins away. ~20 min walk to the Finsbury park with lots of sports facilities.

Minimum stay 2 months.
Max 25th Nov - 1st Mar (3 months plus).
550ppm paid upfront + deposit for 1 month.

Prospect flatmate:
