I am a private landlord looking for a new tenant (= non smoking, clean and tidy professional) to share the place with my 3 current tenants (no agency fee or any other fees). The room is available now.
Existing tenants are 3 young professionals in mid 20s/mid 30s (researcher, architectural engineer and recruitment manager)
My tenants love the place and have called it home for many years.
The place is a 4 bed-room upper maisonette property which covers 2 top floors of an attractive Victorian building with 3 large roof terraces facing 3 different directions, an open plan kitchen with a large window open to the back garden, fully fitted kitchen with DW, WM etc.; a spacious 3-piece bathroom with bathtub and shower. There are plenty of parking space in front of the house if you have a car.
The vacant room is a large furnished double on the 2nd floor facing the back garden, furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe and drawers. The net rent of this room excluding all bills is £260 per week or £1,126.67 per calendar month. Other bills total to approx £150 per person per month (thereof approx £49 is council tax). Deposit is £1,177.
Logistics: 3 - 5 min tube, shops, restaurants, supermarkets (Waitrose, Morrison, Iceland, Sainsbury's).The nearest tube station is Caledonian Road/Piccadilly Line with fast access to King's Cross, West End and Heathrow airport. Convenient buses from the property are 17, 29, 43, 91, 153, 253, 259, 271, 393. Walking distance to Upper Street, Camden Town. Fast Internet access, flat screen LCD.
My tenants look for a sociable, clean and tidy housemate ASAP. They are easy going, tidy and respectful. They prefer to share with a non-smoking, clean, tidy, laid-back professional. No couple, no twin room, no pets.
Total bills (including council tax, water, electricity, gas, internet/TV) amount on average to approx £100 per person per month (please find out more accurate bills info when you meet with my tenants as this figure might no longer be accurate).
The contract term is min 1 year. Reference and deposit are required.
