Bright double room in Holloway, Zone 2

First double bedroom

There is no live-in landlord, but I cannot change the status!

The first double room is available immediately and is on the top (2nd) floor of the house. It has a double bed, shelving and a large wardrobe. There is also some storage space. There is a bathroom next door, shared with one other housemate.

The 2nd room is larger and on the same (top) floor. It is fully furnished with large storage space and lovely views.

There are 2 large communal living areas, one with sofas & dining table, which leads into the garden and a second cosy room with tv, so there are plenty of areas to hang out alone, or with others.

The house is in a quiet residential area within easy walking distance (10 mins) to both Kentish Town & Caledonian Rd tube stations, with a good range of buses available even closer. Shops, supermarkets & a cinema all within 5 min walk. Plenty of local buses to everywhere.

The current housemates are looking for someone to join our relaxed house. It is not a party house, but we are social creatures.

We are looking for someone long term, preferably at least 6 months, but longer is welcome.
