Gorgeous Victorian build house full of character situated on Holloway road, with excellent transport links. Room advertised is huge (pictured) Quiet area of Holloway with quiet elderly neighbours. Looking for another student to move in.

Just under a 10 minute walk to Holloway tube station on the Piccadilly line, allowing you to reach Leicester Square within 18 minutes by tube or around 20 minutes by bus. The majority of universities are reachable within 20-30 minutes.

Holloway road features a number of great local amenities such as a low cost Pure Gym and the usual array of supermarkets / restaurants / fast food e. g. Mcdonalds, Iceland, Waitrose, Sainsburys, Subway within a 5 minute walk of the property.

You'll be sharing a good sized bathroom with three friendly flatmates, all students at the LSE who spend a majority of their time in their rooms doing readings. All 3 are easy to get along with, highly intelligent and willing to help. As expected with all students there are nights out, however these are usually limited to Wednesdays and very rarely will anyone go out more than once a week total.

In addition the house features a large living room with two sofas, as well as a large kitchen diner which comfortably seats 4+ people and includes a high end microwave, fridge, washing machine and dishwasher.

I understand that sharing is not ideal, so I have subsidised the rent for this room, and I would usually pay 830 pcm. The deposit for the property is £937.50 and can be reclaimed at the end of the contract. You will take over the contract from me. The property is managed by LAC so this process will be handled professionally.
In addition, the property includes Virgin's high speed wifi (M200 average speeds of 150 Mbps download) which I have pre paid for. Bills are usually not a lot extra.

Your bedroom is large with a high ceiling, 2 huge windows which allow plenty of light in and neutral decor. There's a large closet, large desk and chair, a chest of drawers, shelving, a radiator, clothing rail and a bedside cabinet (all virtually brand new). I can even leave my drying rack behind if needed. Pictured is the bedroom you will be renting featuring my own decoration!

The bathroom shower has powerful water pressure. A nice deep bath, too, and never-ending hot water.

The room is available from November (although possibly sooner), with flexibility. There may be some room for negotiation however renting for the remainder of the contract would be ideal and I may be able to negotiate on price if so.
