Beautiful double bedroom in Holloway Road

Hi there!

I have one beautiful, spacious double bedroom to rent in my home.

The house is newly refurbished, with one bathroom, one toilet with shower, plenty of storage, new kitchen and a massive garden (no living room I am afraid). It's super well connected, short walking distance to Upper Holloway (2 min), Archway (8 min), Holloway Road and Finsbury Park (15 min).

680£/month. No reference checks needed. Bills are normally around £20-30 per month so really cheap! Normally we each clean once a week, and that means the flat is always clean and tidy (but not much work).

A little about me the flatmates:

You will be sharing a kitchen, one bathroom, a separate shower room, and a garden to form a four-people household with us! Pablo, a multilingual Italian-Argentinian singer-songwriter following his passion for music. Luke, a Londoner who works as an art dealer. Alessandro our PhD Italian student. We tend to often spend time together at home, sharing food and having bbq in the summer, and go out together for drinks and movies. We are looking for someone to fit in with the bunch, a sociable, tidy, and respectful person.
