The Flat
Three bed flat on a quiet road just off the high street. We have all the usual mod cons - dish washer, washing machine etc and we even have a lovely garden!
The room for rent is a large double bed and comes fully furnished with wardrobe and shelves for storage. In terms of bills, the room in £562 a month, plus one months deposit and with bills (including a bimonthly cleaner) you're looking at approx £660 all in. The room is available from the 1st November.

The Area
Great local amenities - both Morrisons and Waitrose are just across the road. We have good transport links - 4 minute walk to Holloway Road or 8 mins to Caledonian Rd station (Piccadilly line) and a short bus ride away from Highbury and Islington (Victoria line and Overground) & Camden. There are lots of night buses too.

Us
You'll be living with Liz and Stephen, who enjoy the usual stuff: chilling out in the garden, listening to music, relaxing with a drink or cooking a great meal.

You
We're looking for a young professional type in their late twenties, early thirties. We're looking for someone who is laid back, fun and sociable! Sorry, no couples I'm afraid.
