5 minute walk to Homerton Overground. Less than a 10 minutes to Victoria Park. 15/20 minute walk to London Fields. 10 minute walk to Wells Street. 10/15 minute walk to Hackney Wick. 15 minute walk to Lower Clapton/Chatsworth Road.

Your new flatmates:
Gabby is 25 and works in TV. She is a big foodie and enjoys occasionally having her friends over for dinner and having house meals. She likes to travel and spends most her weekends eating and drinking in east London. Gabby also enjoys the odd Pilates class.

Toby, 31, has his own automotive design consultancy. He has an office in Dalston but regularly travels across the world for work. He loves cars and bikes. Toby grew up in Manchester. He is also a big foodie and enjoys going to the gym. Toby and Gabby have been going out for 6 years. We are not a coupley couple who hog the sofa - so don’t fear! Also, the keyboard in the lounge is Tobys but none ever plays it.

Scarlett, 28, works in Marketing at the BBC. Gabby and Scarlett both grew up in York. She loves to travel. She recently went to Japan and Sri Lanka and has been travelling in South East Asian, North America, Canada and Australia. She enjoys doing yoga and Pilates and hanging out with her friends.

Gabby and Toby have a cat. She is a small black and white kitten who is quite shy with strangers. If you’re not a cat person she will just leave you alone. You can easily keep her out of your room. If you are a cat person you can build her trust over time - just give her a blueberry and she will become your bestie.

Our dream flatmate:
We are all clean and tidy and like to hang out together as well as having our own space. We are all social and enjoy spending time with our friends. We want a likeminded flatmate who is keen to be a friend rather than hide out in their room. We like to have friends over for dinner and drinks etc but this isn’t the house for an after party.

The boring bits:
The move in date is Saturday 27th July. We need to let the estate agent know who will be moving in on the 27th July by Friday 28th June. The estate agent will want to do background checks on the new tenant. They will organise this with you. The estate agent charges a fee of £50 to add your name to the contact. Deposit is 5 weeks rent so roughly £1040 and will be protected by the estate agent. Bills come to about £70 a month- we all transfer this to a separate account with our rent each month. No couples sorry! 12 month contract only.
