Huge double room in Homerton flat w terrace

Hi everyone!

We’re looking for a new flatmate for our 3-bedroom Homerton flat with an amazing terrace. The flat is located on the top floor of a converted warehouse, minutes away from Homerton Overground Station.

The room is a large double bedroom with big windows that gets plenty of sunlight, clean and nicely painted. It comes with its own furniture that includes a double bed, a wardrobe, a desk, shelves, two bedside tables, and a chair.

We have a living room with an open kitchen, a shared bathroom and an amazing terrace, which is honestly the best part of the flat. We have barbecues there, throw the odd party, and grab drinks to chat and watch the beautiful view. It’s pretty awesome! We also love cooking. You’ll be living with two amazing flatmates, Pierre and Stephen, who are young professionals in their 20s and 30s working in the city. Everyone’s very thoughtful, clean and respectful. We’ve all been getting along peacefully, and we’d like someone like us.

It’s nicely situated in the middle of Hackney Central and Hackney Wick, where you can get the best of both worlds in walking distance. There’s a Co-op just around the corner, and Mare Street is 10 mins walk. We're 2 mins from the overground which takes you to Stratford in 2 stops and to Highbury and Islington in 4 stops. There are buses 236, 276, 394, 425, 488, W16, 26, 30 and 242 within few minutes of walking distance. Hackney Downs Station is a 15-minute walk away that takes you to Liverpool Street in 10 minutes.
There's also a bike shed in the building.

The room will be free for August 24th. The rent is £780 per month plus bills so maximum £900 all included.
