Balcony overlooking the canal & Hackney Marshes

Hi, we're Rich & Tom, two moderately professional flatmates working in tech and government and we're looking for someone similar to take the third room. We're both laid back and friendly gay guys in respective relationships looking for a professional but friendly flatmate with some shared interests.

The flat is a modern build, has a decent balcony overlooking the canal and Hackney Marshes and has access to a free on-site gym and concierge. The room has a double bed, a desk and wardrobe.

There's a small shop in the building for emergency supplies plus we're a short stroll from the Here East canal-side bars, the breweries in Hackney Wick and the sports facilities in the Olympic Park.

About us: when we're all around after work we like to socialise in the evenings; watch films, play games, attempt to wine-and-dine and sometimes an evening at a bar. We like to do the local pub quiz every week or two. We keep the place pretty clean and tidy but aren't too obsessive over it. There's a cleaner over once a week included in the bills.
