It's a cute very clean and super bright 2 bed apartment, with a kitchen, big bright bathroom with bath and a small living room. The bedroom is huge with high ceilings and 2 massive sash windows so loads of light!  

The rent including bills is around £995 so it's perfect for a couple!
There's a deposit of £950. Move in is the 1st of November. The room will be mostly unfurnished.

Located on Well Street, everything you need is right outside your door! Numerous supermarkets, charity shops with cute clothes & house bits, a bakery, corner shops, fruit and veg, health food stores, bike shop (handy when you need your bike fixed) hairdressers, there's a pharmacy right outside the gate (also super handy) and more. Pretty much everything you need is right outside.

Well Street Common is a 5 minute walk and Victoria Park is an 8 min walk just down the road! Homerton overground is super close only 6 mins walk and there's numerous bus stops right outside. It's also just a 5 min cycle to London Fields & Broadway Market!

You'd be living with just me, a freelance director working in music/fashion. I also work in a local cafe (free coffee perks for housemates).
